The Everglades is alive with plants and animals and has been called “a river of grass.” The Everglades is one more reason to add a visit to the Sunshine State to your Bucket List.

Huge dinosaur footprint discovered in South America on CNN.com, Jareen Imam tells us about the exciting discovery of a record-setting carnivorous dinosaur footprint in Bolivia!  This footprint measures 115 centimeters or nearly 4 feet wide!  It would have been cool to see this mammoth creature when it was alive – hmmmmm …. , maybe not – LOL.

Top U.S. Vacation Destinations for 2016 on Travel.AARP.org, Kitty Bean Yancey lists 10 great places in the U.S. to visit in 2016.  2016 is a long way from over and these are all awesome places that you can visit yet this year and cross off your Bucket List.

20 One-Week Vacations to Take In-Between Jobs on Yahoo.com’s Travel+Leisure, the Travel+Leisure Staff lists some incredible places you would love to visit if you have a free time to travel and experience the world.  As they put it, “Getting a new full-time gig is thrilling, and the very best way to start a new position is by taking enough time to reset” and their recommendation is to “Take a vacation.”  They list some incredible places and one of the most intriguing to me is Madeira, Portugal.  In the past year I have met a number of people who have traveled to Portugal and every one of them said that it was incredible!
